  • Overview

    We are seeking qualified candidates for a Customer Service Advocate who will focus on the Aerospace market and possesses experience in inside sales support and customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    The Primary function of the position is to provide outstanding service to Aerospace customers while operating within established procedures.  

    • Direct customer interface
    • Contract review
    • Order entry
    • Product sourcing/purchasing
    • Customer communication

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service position
    • High school diploma or GED required. Associates degree or higher a plus.
    • Familiarity with blueprints and AS9100 quality requirements a plus
    • Knowledge of rubber/plastic products is beneficial
    • JD Edwards system experience a plus

    Competencies

    • Strong communication skills
    • Maintain good relationships with internal and external customers
    • Experience in handling multiple part quotations
    • Ability to focus on key performance indicators such as on-time delivery and customer quality metrics
