  • Overview

    The eCommerce Marketing Specialist is responsible for identifying, developing and executing ways to drive profitable sales through the Trelleborg Sealing Solutions online Seals Shop.  This includes but is not limited to developing and maintaining the product portfolio, analyzing and responding to market data, and analyzing and responding to sales trends.

    Responsibilities

    • Establish a strategic marketing plan for the Seals Shop, taking into consideration product and service range, pricing, marketing and customer satisfaction
    • Develop KPI reporting methodologies, product KPI performance reports monthly, interpret those results and respond to what KPIs are indicating
    • Regularly solicit customer feedback and complete customer VOC activities to ensure we are continuously optimizing the user experience
    • Regularly monitoring competitor shops and developing strategies/tactics to respond
    • Participates in the Beyond Budgeting process, collaborating with Marketing Companies to ensure financial objectives are met in terms of sales and profit ambitions.

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience 

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or Marketing with an emphasis on eCommerce is required.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in online commerce is required.
    • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads is preferred.

    • Ability to lead and facilitate a cross-functional team; must be adept at influencing and motivating co-workers and be a strong mediator in conflict management
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to apply structured analysis methods to various types of data or develop models to establish trends and determine business impact
    • Ability to interface effectively at all levels of the organization to develop solutions and ensure stakeholder buy-in
    • Ability to plan and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project required
    • Ability to learn and use ERP and CRM systems
